All returns will be processed as refunds of the purchase price of the item/s.

RETURN SHIPPING 

Return Instructions: 

• Must email Info@oliveleavesboutique.com and receive our reply with instructions on how to get your return shipping label from us. 
• Please include your order number in the initial email. 
• Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery. 
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

 How Will I Receive My Refund? 

A refund will be issued to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to be available in your account.

If you wish to exchange your item/s:

• Must email us first at Info@oliveleavesboutique.com and receive our reply with instructions on how to get your return shipping label from us.
• Exchange item/s must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
• After we receive, inspect and approve your item.
• You will be emailed a store credit code. Then you may place an order for the desired size or another item in that price range.
